Quinn Fabray was Finn Hudson's girlfriend. She is a member of the Cheerios cheerleading team and President of Christ Crusaders (aka the Celibacy Club). She gets pregnant after sleeping with Finn's best friend Puck and leads Finn to believe the baby is his (even though they've never slept together). Once Mr. Schue's wife, Terri, hears about Quinn's accidental pregnancy, she's all over Quinn to "adopt" the baby as her own. Soon Quinn's secret about the baby's father gets out (thanks to some intuition and sleuthing by nosy Rachel). After Sectionals, Quinn decides she's going to take care of the baby on her own — without the help of Puck (who can't seem to get it together) or Finn (who's majorly pissed). Sue Sylvester cuts her from Cheerios in Episode 1.8, "Mash-Up," and her extremely religious father kicks her out of the house after learning of her pregnancy.
